New Patient Portal
Botany Town Centre Medical Practice are moving our patient portal ConnectMed to a new provider ManageMyHealth™ which will be effective from Monday 24 June 2019. Bookings can still be made through ConnectMed until 30 June 2019.Botany Town Centre Medical Practice introduces to you – ManageMyHealth™ the patient portal that is now fully integrated with Botany Town Centre Medical Practice’s clinical software. With ManageMyHealth™you will be able to access your lab results, view medical conditions, view long-term medication, immunisation and vaccination records online in a secure and safe environment on computer or any Android / Apple mobile device.
From the 24th of June 2019, you can –
- Book appointments
- Access your Lab results
- Request repeat prescriptions
- Download the ManageMyHealth™app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
This information at Botany Town Centre Medical Practice will be available on ManageMyHealth™ within a couple of hours after you complete your ManageMyHealth Activation.
All Registered Patients currently accessing ConnectMed will receive an email from ManageMyHealth™ to Activate your ManageMyHealth™ account.
You simply click on the link received by email and create a new password to activate your account. We apologise for the inconvenience this is causing.
Once Activated, you will have access to the new Patient Portal.ConnectMed will be available until the 30 June 2019. Any requests made through ConnectMed after 30 June 2019 will no longer be monitored. You will be able to use ManageMyHealth™ from the time you click on the “Activate Now” link in the email you receive.
