When you’re enrolled with us, you can register for our patient portal, ManageMyHealth (MMH).

It is a safe and secure way to manage your health online & an easy way to keep up to date with your health information all in one place;
• It is free to register
• Accessible anywhere and any time
• Patients must be age 16 or above to register
• Patients need to have their own email address due to patient confidentiality and privacy
• To register, simply complete the registration form and provide reception with a photo ID. The form can be returned in person or by email at admin@bmp.nz or call reception (09) 273 6003.
