Prescriptions

Registered and enrolled patients can request a repeat prescription for their long-term medication.

You can request a repeat prescription as follows:
• Call 092736003 to speak to a nurse or leave a message with reception
• Request through our Patient Portal ManageMyHealth

We strongly recommend registering for our patient portal ManageMyHealth.

Repeat Prescription Policy
We will provide repeat prescriptions if you are on long-term medication, however please note that if you have not seen the doctor within the last six months in relation to your long-term medication, we will contact you to make an appointment before we will prescribe any further medication.

Generally, when you order a repeat prescription, it will be ready within 48 hours from the time of ordering your prescription during normal business hours.

Please advise if you require an urgent or same day prescription.
